Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recycling wet colloidal particles in a process of drying rubber, which can eliminate the loss of wet colloidal particles thoroughly and ensure that the device operates stably for a long time. A liquid level controller and a frequency converter adopted are linked to adjust the flow rate of a centrifugal pump to ensure that the liquid level of a water tank connected with a drying device is maintained relatively constant so as to continuously and stably send back the wet colloidal particles to an upstream rubber washing tank. Compared with prior art, the invention has the advantages of: (1) reducing the loss of wet colloidal particles in the process of drying rubber fundamentally; (2) greatly lowering the frequency and the labor intensity of manual operation; (3) completely avoiding the shutdown caused by blocking of the outlet of the water tank by the wet colloidal particles; and (4) having the economic efficiency which is more remarkable.
本发明涉及一种橡胶干燥过程中湿胶粒的回收方法,可以彻底消除湿胶粒损失,保证装置长周期稳定运转。采用液位控制器和变频器联动调整离心泵的流速,确保与干燥设备相连的盛水槽中的液位保持相对恒定,连续、稳定地将湿胶粒送回上游的洗胶罐中。本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:①从根本上减少了橡胶干燥过程中湿胶粒的损失;②大大降低了人工操作的频率和劳动强度;③杜绝因湿胶粒堵塞盛水槽出口造成停车;④经济效益比较显著。
