Abstract

一种从含锌废水中萃取回收锌的方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)在含锌废水中加入石灰后过滤,得到一次滤液;(2)将磺化煤油、P204和氢氧化钠混合获得预处理萃取剂;(3)采用预处理萃取剂对一次滤液进行萃取,获得负载有机相和萃余液;(4)将负载有机相用废电解液进行反萃取,获得空白有机相和反萃液;(5)向萃余液中加入石灰搅拌进行苛化,过滤去除滤渣,获得二次滤液;(6)将二次滤液与空白有机相混合进行预处理,然后静置获得预处理有机相和预处理废水,预处理有机相返回步骤(3)循环使用,预处理废水返回主生产流程循环使用。本发明的方法高效、清洁,在环境保护上也具有良好的效果。
The invention relates to a method for extracting and recovering zinc from zinc-containing waste water. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding lime into the zinc-containing waste water, filtering, and thus obtaining primary filtrate; (2) mixing sulfonated kerosene, P204 and sodium hydroxide to obtain a pretreatment extractant; (3) extracting the primary filtrate by using the pretreatment extractant to obtain a load organic phase and raffinate; (4) performing reextraction on the load organic phase by using waste electrolyte to obtain a blank organic phase and reextraction liquid; (5) adding the lime into the raffinate, stirring for causticizing, filtering to remove filter residues, and thus obtaining secondary filtrate; and (6) mixing the secondary filtrate and the blank organic phase for pretreatment, standing, and thus obtaining a pretreatment organic phase and pretreatment waste water, wherein the pretreatment organic phase returns to the step (3) to be recycled, and the pretreatment waste water returns to a main production process to be recycled. The method is efficient and clean, and has a good effect on environmental protection.
