Abstract

本发明公开了一种支持多个推广活动协同实施的服务推广系统,该系统用于根据多个服务推广活动之间所建立的横向、和/或纵向的关联性,支持多个服务推广活动的协同实施,并根据协同实施的对比评估结果,支持目标用户的自动化过滤机制;对经过滤后所获取的目标用户实施定向的服务推广。本发明还公开了一种支持多个推广活动协同实施的服务推广方法,根据多个服务推广活动之间所建立的横向、和/或纵向的关联性,支持多个服务推广活动的协同实施,并根据协同实施的对比评估结果,支持目标用户的自动化过滤机制;对经过滤后所获取的目标用户实施定向的服务推广。采用本发明的系统及方法,自动化程度高;提高了定向服务推广的精准度。
The invention discloses a service promotion system for supporting cooperative implementation of a plurality of promotional activities. The system is used for supporting the cooperative implementation of the plurality of promotional activities according to transverse and/or longitudinal correlation established among the plurality of service promotional activities and supporting an automatic filtering mechanism of a target user according to a contrastive evaluation result of the cooperative implementation; and orientated service promotion is performed on the target user acquired after filtering. The invention also discloses a service promotion method for supporting the cooperative implementation of the plurality of promotional activities, which comprises the following steps of: supporting the cooperative implementation of the plurality of promotional activities according to the transverse and/or longitudinal correlation established among the plurality of service promotional activities and supporting the automatic filtering mechanism of the target user according to the contrastive evaluation result of the cooperative implementation; and performing the orientated service promotion on the target user acquired after filtering. The system and the method are high in degree of automation, and the accuracy of the orientated service promotion is improved.
